La Villa Dubrovnik is located near a Game of Thrones Filming Locations and Trsteno's Timeless Arboretum. Just 19 kilometers northwest of Dubrovnik lies Trsteno, a small town known for its quaint charm and stunning natural beauty. The town is home to the Arboretum, a unique botanical garden that showcases the region's lush flora and fauna. With its proximity to Dubrovnik and easy access to the main road towards Split, Trsteno is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Dubrovnik, the "Pearl of the Adriatic," is a city steeped in history and culture. Its majestic walls, narrow streets, and red-tiled roofs have enchanted visitors for centuries. Located in the south of Croatia, Dubrovnik is well connected to the rest of the country by road routes, the new PeljeĆĄac bridge, a new modern airport, and a new marina.
La Villa Dubrovnik offers breathtaking sea views, as well as a range of amenities to ensure complete relaxation and tranquility. Lounge by the large, heated private pool or enjoy the beautiful gardens, featuring a barbecue, fountain, and outdoor shower. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 double rooms including 5 bathrooms. Five double rooms are in the main villa and one in the side annex. In the ground floor you can find three modern luxury rooms. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, while the other two share a bathroom with a tub. On the upper floor you can find two master bedrooms with a king size bed, a private bath with tub and shower, a walk-in wardrobe and a small balcony. To the side of the house, the villa annex holds the sixth accommodation unit including a bedroom with two twin beds which can be converted to a double and a bathroom. Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals. The villa also boasts high-speed Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen TV, ensuring you stay connected and entertained during your stay.
