Villa Island Gem comprises three floors, offering 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 half-bath, a spacious living room and kitchen, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.The ground floor features a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The living room opens onto a seaview terrace, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs.
A staircase leads to the first floor which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, and 1 half-bath. The second bedroom has a king-size double bed. The third and fourth bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and a shared sea-view balcony.
On the second floor, the fifth bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can be joined together. What distinguishes this floor is its terrace (40 m2), complete with a table and chairs. Additionally, thereâs a jacuzzi where guests can relax and enjoy panoramic seaview.
The villaâs charm is in its large outdoor space. Guests can relax by the 30 m2 pool or enjoy the sun on comfy loungers. The outdoor area includes a grill with a dining table for 8 people, perfect for everyday meals.
Fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, SAT-TV, and a safe, Villa Island Gem offers a comfortable stay. Guests have access to facilities like an iron and ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker.
