In the most unspoilt nature, surrounded by the Nerello Mascalese and Carricante vineyards of the Carranco winery. The villa is located in Contrada Carranco, in the hamlet of Verzella. Villa Nocellara is located a few kilometres from Castiglione di Sicilia, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
Inside, the villa stands out for its beauty and quality. Recently renovated with particular attention to the use of traditional materials. The furnishings and accessories are of impeccable taste and quality, combining modern design with antique furniture. Perfect for summer and winter. The villa is on two levels, a pathway connects the private car park to the private terrace, then the main entrance. A large entrance hall with an open kitchen, dining room and living room, the two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom are on the first floor, reached by an external staircase.
Numerous paths lead through the vineyards and olive groves to a two-hectare historic garden with native vegetation and flowers. A true immersion in the peace of nature....
Within the Villa dei Baroni Wine Resort, Villa Nocellara is ideally located to be discreetly secluded (no other houses within 3 km) and close to everything (Taormina and its beaches, the Picciolo golf club).
