Fully Renewed old Town House With top Floor Terrace and Amazing sea View
This authentic 19th century family house located in the heart of old town of OmiĆĄalj has been recently fully renewed respecting itâs historical charm and unique location but bringing it all the comfort of a modern holiday home.
Since the old town is located on the hill and the houses are located on the sloping terrain it offers breath taking sea view from its top floor fully private terrace, where you can enjoy amazing sunset having a drink or a dinner with your family or friends.
The house offers enough comfort for six persons sleeping in three bedrooms.
It consists of four floors connected by an internal staircase paved with local stones.
Ground floor consists of an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, hob, big fridge, coffee machine, etc.) and a dining area with a big oak table with a space for up to 8 pers. Before you head to the 1st floor there is also a toilet and a washing machine under the staircase.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms (one has a 2 separate beds 90x200cm with a possibility to join and the other one has a 140x200cm bed) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
On the 2nd floor there is one master bedroom with a king size bed (180x200cm) and leather sofa which can be transformed into a bed and a big bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
On a top floor there is a living room with a small kitchen which comes handy if you wish to barbecue on the terrace or just have a breakfast with a sea view. Upper kitchen is equipped with a stove, Nespresso coffee machine, small fridge and even an ice maker to fully enjoy your sundowner.
On the terrace there is a table with a seating for six and two sunbathing loungers.
All the bedrooms plus ground and the top floor are airconditioned.
House itself is in a small quiet narrow street inside pedestrian zone of the old town 100m from itâs main square. House is separated from the street with a tiny garden, ideal for keeping your bicycles.
In the old town there are several nice cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops and ateliers.
By the entrance to the old town there are 2 food stores, bakery, station for renting e-bikes (ideal for a ride to the nearby beaches) and a charging station for EVs
