A living area with TV and sofa welcome you in a small open space loft overlooking a terrace with sea view where you can have meals and relax. With free outdoor parking, the property has a small courtyard with laundry area, outdoor shower and stairs leading upstairs and access to the property
The hill of San Lorenzo is an excellent starting point if you want to explore both the inner part towards the Baronia reaching the park of Tepilora or the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, or all the beaches of the gulf of San Teodoro and Olbia that are about 20 km away
