Excellent, top modern and quiet Casa with roof terrace panorama highlight! In the middle of Ferragudo in a relaxed car-free location and only 150 m to the beach!

Excellent 180° view over the river to Portimão and the Atlantic Ocean! Space for up to 6 people on 3 floors. On the ground floor 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, a patio en suite and a shower room. In the center of the casa, open kitchen with dining area and living room. The kitchen has windows throughout and sea views from the living room. There is also a shower room here. One floor up, another bright living/bedroom with access to the roof terrace and home office possibility! In the cooler months you will enjoy the underfloor heating throughout the house.

SURROUNDINGS

Centrally located in the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo. Only 250 m to the market square and center of the village. The surrounding coastline offers some of the most beautiful beaches in the region. There is a charming harbor, quaint streets excellent fish restaurants. Just 150 m from your casa is Praia Angrinha! To the south you will find the Castelo de Ferragudo and Praia Grande, which is ideal for children as it has a playground and is only 750 m from the casa. 2.5 km along the coast you will find the breathtaking Praia dos Carneiros. A highlight: take the water cab to Portimão to the marina and the huge Praia da Rocha beach. All kinds of water sports activities can be started and practiced here. Golf 3 km away. Ferragudo and its surroundings offer wonderful photo opportunities.

HOW TO GET THERE

You don't necessarily need a car here! Your casa is in the car-free old town but parking is possible within 100m. Upon reservation you will receive directions directly to the Casa. GPS data for easy directions included. Daily arrival possible, depending on flight and time. Reservation possible from 5 nights.
