The house is located at the entrance to the beach of La Caletta, also within walking distance of the village centre.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, table and chairs, microwave hob, fridge and cooking utensils. Bathroom equipped with bidet, shower, toilet and washbasin. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs plus sitting area where you can enjoy a splendid sea view. Outdoor shower and barbecue.
