This friendly, brand new detached house boasts a luxurious interior. As well as four beautiful bedrooms, the house has two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. A smart modern kitchen is also available, along with fitted cupboards and various pieces of fitted furniture.
The Villa received design awards and nominations from the German Design Awards and DNA Paris Design Awards.
This Villa with 250 m2 of meticulously crafted living space, this sanctuary boasts an exclusive ambiance. Set within a sprawling 1000 m2 garden.
The entire property is rear-facing with views over the River Ems, which flows past the house just a few metres away.

Our villa is a perfect place for photo & video shootings, and other creative projects. Shootings in our villa are allowed per request (!!!)
For holiday rentals, there is a 30% surcharge on the whole booking.
Trade Fair surcharge: 50% on the whole booking.
We reserve the right to set exceptional conditions regarding prices, minimum duration and occupancy for the top dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, biggest fairs etc. These can differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated on request. We hope for your understanding.
The property is monitored by video from the outside (only the house entrances). Your privacy will, of course, not be violated by this. Please inform your group accordingly.
The number of guests stated at the time of booking - is the information confirmed by you and used by us for the calculation. If the number of guests arriving exceeds the original number, we ask that you pay an additional fee for each guest for the entire stay.
