The house is spread over two levels and features a bright living room with a lounge and dining area, opening onto a functional kitchen. The kitchen leads directly to a convivial terrace and a small enclosed garden, perfect for your outdoor meals or relaxing moments in the shade of the pine trees.
The ground floor also includes a comfortable bedroom, a modern shower room, and separate toilets. Upstairs, a large dormitory accommodates up to eight beds, ideal for large families or holidays with friends.
The exterior offers many advantages: a partly covered terrace lets you enjoy the mild Cap Ferret climate, while an outdoor shower adds a touch of comfort after a day at the beach.
Its peaceful environment, typical of the village of LâHerbe, guarantees you a restful stay, just steps from oyster huts, waterfront walks, and the unique atmosphere of Cap Ferret.
