The holiday apartment was renovated in 2008 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly and romantic accomodation. Available for use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities and courtyard. There are 3 outdoor showers, a small children's playground, sun loungers by the pool. Each veranda has an outdoor table and chairs
Location
Santa Margherita di Pula. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment is part of a semi-circular row with a small square and a shared garden. Access to the small square is reserved exclusively for guests of the residence. There are flowerbeds of Mediterranean scrub, all surrounded by a fresh and lush pine forest. The apartment is located in the center of the Pinus Village residential area in Santa Margherita di Pula, nestled in a pine forest, 150 m from the sea. The location is strategically located for visiting the most beautiful beaches of the southwest coast Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house. The residence has an unguarded private parking space in front of the house, there are also several other public parking spaces in the residential area. The residential area we are in is quite quiet and is mainly frequented by local residents. Therefore there is little traffic on the internal roads.

Activation of the air conditioning is possible upon request and is available for an additional weekly fee Facilities: children's toys, baby cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. The apartments have an LED television with a satellite decoder, which receives numerous foreign channels
