Simple and comfortable 40 mÂČ flat for 4 persons on the mezzanine floor of a family house where the owners live with a good-natured dog on the upper floor. The flat is located in a privileged tourist area of Umag - Punta, only 600 metres from the beach. Leisure facilities nearby.
The simply furnished accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa, dining table with chairs, satellite TV, kitchen with 4 hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, kettle, microwave, free Wi-Fi internet access. The large terrace at the entrance with table and chairs, private car park in the enclosed garden. The neighbourhood is quiet, surrounded by greenery and the beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

* Smoking is allowed on the terrace and outdoors, while smoking is not allowed indoors
* We ask our dear guests
- to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- use the accommodation equipment with care,
- leave empty containers behind and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to notify the owner of any damage caused, whereby the owner will demand payment of the costs in cash after careful assessment of the damage before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.
