Welcome to our beautiful country house located near Tar, Croatia. This charming property is a two-storey villa with a stunning swimming pool to cool off during the hot summer days. Forget all your worries in this spacious oasis of serenity.

The location near Tar will allow you to explore the natural and cultural beauties of the Istria region in Croatia, ensuring you have an unforgettable experience in our cozy country villa with swimming pool. In the center of Tar, 900 m away, you will find a grocery store, bar, pharmacy, restaurants, parking for charging electric cars and much more. The nearest beach is located in the Lanterna campsite, 5 km from the house.

Outside the house, you will find a spacious pool area surrounded by comfortable deckchairs and umbrellas to enjoy the sun and relaxation. Next to the 72 m2 (12x6) swimming pool, there is an outdoor shower to cool off after a refreshing dip.

On the ground floor, a modern and fully equipped kitchen will welcome you with an elegant island in the center, perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious meals with family and friends. The kitchen overlooks a large open living room, tastefully furnished and equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs to spend pleasant and relaxing moments together. From the living room you exit onto the large covered terrace where you can enjoy a splendid view of the pool and garden.

Going up to the second floor, you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom, both carefully furnished to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Leaving the house, you can enjoy the covered terrace, furnished with a large dining table and comfortable garden furniture, the ideal place to enjoy outdoor meals immersed in the tranquility of the Croatian countryside.

For barbecue lovers, there is a dedicated area with a modern barbecue, where you can prepare delicious barbecues to share with your loved ones.

As for parking, you won't have to worry, as the house has private parking inside the property, ensuring convenience and safety for your cars. The nearest charging station for electric cars is 1 km away, charging cars indoors is not allowed.

*On arrival the deposit must be paid in cash to the owner which is returned on the last day if there is no damage.

* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.

*The nearest electric car charging station is 1 km away, car charging is not permitted at the house.

* We ask our kind guests:

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.

Tar (Tower) is a small village of farmers and fishermen just 5 km from Poreč (Poreč). In recent years it has developed a lot, full of apartments and beautiful villas with swimming pools that can be rented, several excellent restaurants, offering typical Istrian and German menus, bars, children's playgrounds, supermarket, tennis courts, a magnificent racetrack, horse riding center and much more.
In the summer months the town organizes frequent and varied events that are very interesting for tourists. They organize parties, dances, tastings and presentations of wines, olive oil and typical Croatian menus.
In the town you will also find a pharmacy, dental and medical clinic, bank, ATM, grocery store and some fruit and vegetable stands.
The tourist train station that takes you to the beaches (sand, gravel and rocks) of the Lanterna tourist village (5 km from the house) is located 800 m from the structure (the price of a ride per person is around 1.50e). The racetrack, tennis courts and horse riding center are very close.
The port of Santa Marina where you can buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen is just 5 km away.
The strong point of the town of Tar is its tranquility and the fact that it is just a few kilometers from two renowned tourist centers such as Novigrad and Poreč. The Istralandia water park just 12 km away.
