The estate is fully enclosed, with swimming pools, tennis courts and lush greenery.
The 98 m2 house is semi-detached, in a quiet location: 2 separate terraces/gardens (with roller blinds), 2 different exposures!
Large bay windows in the 3 bedrooms and the living room (electric roller shutters). Air conditioning (reversible) only in the living room. Fans are available in the bedrooms.
The crystal-clear waters of the MĂ©jean and Magaud coves are just a short walk from the town centre.
Bus stop and cycle path.
Fully available: this accommodation is for rent only. Completely renovated in 2015 and regularly maintained. The residence inspires serenity! The house is conveniently located in a peaceful setting, so you'll have no worries!
Secure swimming pool area, shared with other residents. The pool is very large and has a small children's pool.
Tennis court accessible at all times.
You will have 2 keys for these areas.
There are 2 entrances to the residence (2 automatic gates and a code gate), with self-parking facilities (10 spaces, first come, first served), and you can also park outside along the residence free of charge.
The entire house is at your disposal: it has a small lockable gate.
