Rare location on the prettiest beach on the peninsula, between the wild coast and the salt marshes, with uninterrupted sea views and direct access to the beach and its famous surf spot.
Nestling at the end of a private road, this fully renovated and very well-equipped 80 m2 self-catering accommodation can comfortably accommodate 6 travellers.
The accommodation
Each room has been designed with your comfort in mind:
A large sea-view living room (acting as a 3rd bedroom) with a foldaway King Size bed,
A large sea-view bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a large wardrobe,
A bedroom with a trundle bed (simply pull out the drawer to make a 2nd bed).
The modern, fully-equipped kitchen will give you the opportunity to cook just like at home.
There is a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine, and separate WC.
For your entertainment, a high-speed WIFI connection and a large-format 55" television with AppleTV 4K are at your disposal.
The location is ideal: the sailing school is just 300m away, the centre of Batz and its shops are less than a kilometre away, the supermarket is 1 km away and the centre of Le Croisic with its fishing port is 2 km away.
You can also enjoy La Baule, with its bay, casino, shops and restaurants, less than 10 km away. Guérande is just 15 minutes away by car.
It's also the ideal base for exploring the islands of Houat, HĆdic and Belle-Ăle-en-Mer. From the nearby port of Le Croisic, set sail for a day's exploration of these magnificent islands.
For cycling enthusiasts, hire bikes are available nearby. Treat yourself to a ride along the coast, an ideal way to explore the surrounding beauty at your own pace.
Whether you arrive by TGV from Le Croisic, a 10-minute walk away, or from Nantes airport, 90 km away, this house is easily accessible.
