Guest Access:

The unit is located on the 2nd floor. Guests have full private access to the unit, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.



Just a friendly reminder that our heating and cooling systems operate seasonally. Air conditioning is available during the warmer months, while heat is available during the colder months.



The Neighborhood:

This address is in Chicago’s Near North Side, right around the River North / Goose Island area — one of the city’s most desirable urban neighborhoods. It combines a lively mix of residential living and city energy with polished streets, modern buildings, and convenient amenities.



The area has a walkable feel with plenty of restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and spots to explore. It’s vibrant during the day and night, blending city convenience with neighborhood charm.



Getting Around:

Getting around from this location is convenient and flexible. The CTA Brown and Purple Lines at Chicago Avenue are within walking distance, providing quick access to downtown, the Loop, and surrounding neighborhoods. Multiple bus routes also run nearby for easy city travel.



For drivers, major roads like Chicago Avenue and nearby expressway access make commuting simple. The area is very walkable, and rideshare services are readily available, making it easy to explore the city without hassle.

REMINDERS:

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $75 per pet. Dogs/cats may not be left unattended unless properly crated and must observe designated quiet hours. For the comfort of future guests, pets are not allowed on furniture.



Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include any damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or additional costs related to excessive hair or odor removal.



We may also request a quick ID check and some basic info before finalizing your reservation.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $40 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $450 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
