Luxury Villa Manatis with Infinity-Pool and Sandplace

The luxury villa Manatis is located on a hill in the wine village of Vrbnik, next to Villa Moana, surrounded by olive trees and stands out with its modern architecture from the rustic atmosphere. A large sandy area to relax or exercise, a pool over 12 meters long and a pool house with sauna invite you to enjoy the sea view. In 2022 the construction of Villa Manatis began on a spacious plot only 250m from the sea and in autumn 2023 the luxury villa opened for you.
With 3(+1) bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a cozy and relaxing luxury seaside vacation in Croatia with friends or the whole family becomes a reality. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and a large balcony with incredible views. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen with cooking island, bar and utility room, a cloakroom and a separate toilet. There is also another bedroom on the ground floor with a single bed and direct access to the south-east facing terrace of the luxury villa.
Outside, the villa surrounds this large terrace with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and dining area. A few steps lead down from the terrace to the pool area, where the over 12 meter long heated pool with a shallower chill out area is located. Next to the pool is the pool house, where a glass-enclosed sauna invites you to relax. For cozy evenings, there is a lounge area between the pool and the villa with a fireplace and a view of the old town of Vrbnik. Under the pool you will find a sand court to relax or play games such as volleyball and bocce.

Vrbnik is a place with a special atmosphere, located on a huge rock by the sea. The place is known for pleasant Mediterranean climate, crystal clear water and famous Žlahtina wine. With a view of the Kvarner Bay, the illuminated old town of Vrbnik and the opposite town of Novi Vinodolski, you are only 250 meters from the sea. A footpath leads to the nearest beach or along the coast to secluded bays around Vrbnik with a pebble beach. In addition to rest and relaxation away from mass tourism, you will find numerous activities, events and attractions in the immediate vicinity on the island of Krk.
