The holiday home built in 1980, was renovated in 2020 and is a semi-detached house and furnished in a functional style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. Available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, courtyard and boat dock.

BalatonmĂĄriafĂŒrdĆ. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. On a riverside road, directly across from the water. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

air conditioning. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and dryer. TV reception takes place via antenna. TV channels only in local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detector.
