The apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly constructed building at 12 Kutrzeby Street in Szczecin. The quiet area provides a sense of security and allows you to relax away from the city noise. The inter-neighbourhood Recreation Park, where the apartment is located, is a perfect place to spend free time in nature. Playgrounds and walking paths are an undoubted advantage of this place. The area has a widely developed retail and service infrastructure. Small purchases can be made at the Stokrotka grocery shop, which is located just around the corner. Restaurants can also be found in the area, the closest of which is Pizzeria Perugia (800 m). Thanks to the nearby bus stops (210 m), you can easily reach the city centre. Szczecin has numerous tourist attractions, the most important of which can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes or Wały Chrobrego (Chrobry Embankment) are worth a visit. The main railway station in Szczecin is 5.2 km away and the airport is about 50 minutes away by car.

The light colour scheme of the kitchenette gives the interior a light feel, while high-quality appliances make daily meal preparation easy.
