The very large and bright flat is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by nature and a stone's throw from the wooded hiking trails, the playground and the beautiful village swimming pool.
A pleasant walk will take you to the historical centre of the medieval village where you will find nice restaurants and shops.
The well-appointed and well-kept house creates a cosy atmosphere.
You will have at your disposal 3 large bedrooms, two bathrooms a huge entrance hall leading to the living room with lounge, fireplace and piano and a fully equipped kitchen.
