This lovely village house boasts a refreshing private saltwater pool in the backyard, offering scenic views of the nearby fields. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters with a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.90 meters. The outdoor space features a sunbathing area with loungers and a shaded porch, perfect for enjoying a barbecue. Situated within the village, the property has direct neighbors, blending a peaceful retreat with local charm.

The house, spread over two floors, has a classic and cozy interior design. The living room, equipped with satellite TV, is connected to the dining area by a traditional Mallorcan arch. The separate kitchen, featuring a ceramic hob, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals and offers access to the backyard. On the ground floor, there is also a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms. One features a double bed, wardrobe, radiator, air conditioning, and TV, while the other has two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a radiator, and a fan. The first floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub. The house is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, and we can provide a crib and high chair if you’re traveling with a baby. Central diesel heating ensures a warm and cozy stay.

- A mandatory tourist tax, Ecotasa, applies in the Balearic Islands. All guests over the age of 16 are required to pay this tax. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
