The holiday home built in 2019 and is a semi-detached house and furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area, in the town centre. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Krk, district Krk. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (3 m x 4 m, depth 1,40 m).
