The garden around the villa is a haven of relaxation. Olive trees, holm oaks, arbutus, juniper, heather, mastic and maquis plants have all been preserved.
Large tiled terraces on one level
A large bay in the living room allows you to enjoy the sea view when dining inside the villa.
Two suites are separated from the living room by soundproof doors for your comfort and privacy. The adjoining private bathrooms each include a large walk-in shower (1 m x 1.60 m) and separate toilet.
Villa des Plages-Valinco is surrounded only by the owners' villa. The location and size of the property guarantee privacy for everyone. Naturism possible.
Access to the villa: the steeply sloping path is concreted.
Villa not equipped for people with reduced mobility: 5 steps, thresholds, doors, slope, etc.
Olmeto, 7 km away, is a very pretty village with its old houses and typical narrow streets. Propriano, 10 km away, has regular links with the Continent.
Walks to SartĂšne, Bonifacio, Ajaccio, Porto Vecchio or the Alta Rocca.
Beach 250 m: fine sand and beautiful rocks. Other sandy beaches nearby.
