The Seeblick apartment is located in Immenstaad on Lake Constance and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (with TV) and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 5 people. Other amenities include WLAN Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls). Please note that there is no kitchen in the apartment. However, there is a shared kitchen in the gallery.
This vacation rental features a shared open terrace for relaxed evenings.
The accommodation is just a 10-minute drive from the historic old town of Meersburg, with nearby attractions such as the Affenberg, the island of Mainau, the World Heritage Stilt Houses (pile dwellings) and the Zeppelin Museum. Public transportation is within 2 minutes walking distance and is free of charge with the Echt Bodensee Card.
Important information for group bookings/ large families:
The vacation apartments âApartment in der Stubenâ on the ground floor, âApartment Auszeitâ on the 1st floor and âSuite Heustadelâ on the 2nd floor are connected by internal stairs and can therefore be combined. This means that either the whole half of the house could be booked together if required, or you could book 2 apartments, e.g. âApartment Auszeitâ 1st floor with âSuite Heustadelâ 2nd floor.
The apartments âApartment ehemalige Backstubeâ and âGartensuiteâ can also be combined through a connecting door at the entrance and could both be booked together if required.
A total of 13 parking spaces are available for the house.
Up to two dogs are allowed. Additional charges apply on site for the use of pets.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
The entrance door is monitored with video.
Costs incurred on site can be paid by credit card, EC card or cash.
After booking, please completely fill out the Holidu contact form that will be sent to you by email, including your address. This will help the host to prepare your stay in the best possible way.
