On the ground floor, there is a tastefully decorated living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, comfortable seating, and a bathroom with a shower. The living area opens onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening gatherings. On the first floor, accessible by both an internal and an external stone staircase, there are two double bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds.
