This excellent rustic house is located in a privileged spot in the parish of la feteira next to the sea, is surrounded by vineyards and other crops, fresh air, excellent solar radios to rest and relax with birds singing.
This is considered to be the best location with the best microclimate on the island of Terceira.
From the courtyard, terrace and windows of the house, we can enjoy the amazing privilege of observing the sea, Ilhéu das Cabras, the small island, the entire right coastline up to Mount Brazil and the historic bay of Angra de l'Héroïsme. The courtyard has a telheiro, table, benches and barbecue.
This rustic T2 house has a bedroom with plasma TV and a kitchenette complete with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea and other kitchen utensils.
The bedroom has a double bed with bedside table and colourless furniture typical of a rustic house.
In this house there is an attic with a double bed and two single beds, bedside table and duvet. In Serretinha, this type of house with an attic is traditional and very common.
The shower room has a shower and all the necessary utensils, as well as a washing machine.
This house can accommodate up to 4 or 6 people.
Guests have access to all the space, the patio, the barbecue and the private park, as well as a terrace with tables and chairs and a magnificent view of the sea and the grounds.
