App. Meeresleuchten: The in March/June 2022 completely renovated App. Meeresleuchten is located on the 5th floor (lift) in the Heiligenhafen holiday park with an XXL balcony facing west and a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and nature reserve. Enjoy the sun from the balcony from early afternoon until sunset.
The flat has a living space of 51 square metres. Divided into:
Living/dining room, bedroom with single/box spring beds, fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, sink etc.).
Crockery with all the trimmings.
Bathroom: WC/shower cubicle, washbasin with towel rails, hairdryer, make-up mirror.
Living room: free of charge. WLAN, cable TV, music system with radio and Bluetooth.
Another highlight is the furnished XXL balcony with awning to the west side with direct Baltic Sea view and sunset atmosphere. Suitable for senior citizens. Free car parking space and bicycle stand in front of the building.

Lamps on the walls, WLAN, heating, games collection, books, large window front with pleated blind and view of the Baltic Sea and nature reserve, table and 2 leather armchairs, exit balcony.
XXL balcony:
Partly covered, awning, furnished with table, 2 adjustable chairs with cushions and footrests. Side tables, west-facing with sunset.
Open-plan kitchen to the living/dining area:
Fitted kitchen consisting of: Wall shelf, large fridge and sel. larger freezer compartment, oven, microwave, ceramic hob 4 plates, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine, teapot, kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery, scissors, can and bottle opener, hand blender, lemon squeezer and much more!
Small utility room:
Shelf, vacuum cleaner, broom, shovel, hand brush, clothes horse, pegs, storage for suitcases.
Location description:
From the app. the nearest bakery, restaurant, shopping facilities and bike hire in the immediate vicinity (50m). Larger grocery shops such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Famila and a petrol station are in the immediate vicinity.
The old town and the yacht and fishing harbour are a good 30-minute walk along the promenade on the inland lake. By car 5 minutes. There are plenty of parking spaces available. From here you can also reach the nature reserve with the new pier.
Heiligenhafen has a large walking and cycling area. There are benches everywhere to take a break. A large fish market and the weekly market (Wednesday and Saturday) make shopping interesting. Of course, there is also a lighthouse. You can explore the surrounding area directly from the holiday park on the tourist train.
The rehabilitation centre (approx. 100 m from the apartment) offers treatments with and without prescriptions.
