Perfect location

A great little place only steps to the gulf. Easily accessible for my partially handicapped wife. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Great stay

This property is in a phenomenal location. Over all we had a great stay. The photos versus the actual unit we stayed in didn’t meet expectations. We thought we would have had one of the doors that faces the ocean. However, we still had a great time.

We enjoyed it!

Lovely location for family of 4 with children under 7. The property was clean and cozy for our family. We had everything to start the vacation and we were located close to multiple stores to get anything we may want. The few downsides was the smell piping into the listing but we fixed this with a moisture absorber and a candle. The sheets and pillows were not the best but the kids loved the sofa bed. Thank you for a great vacation!

Overall very quaint and enjoyable. Good location and easy access to the beach.

Enjoyable stay. However upon opening the front door we were greeted with a musty moldy smell. Upon further inspection the dishwasher when opened had an awful bad order emoting from the drain. My wife has asthma and allergies. This was a trigger to her asthma.

Perfect place

I loved the place, literally in front of the beach. Very clean and well stocked. A small problem with the space in the parking lot but it was solved immediately. The sofa bed a bit uncomfortable.

Renter BEWARE

Pictures are not correct. Furniture pictured is not what to expect. Our first couple days we encountered many issues. Broken garbage disposal, clogged toilet, broken thermostat, door blinds broken, pots and pans were all scratched up. The air filter was replaced and was completely black. We couldn't lock the door for over 4 hours due someone resetting it. Also, we had to go to Wal Mart and purchase room darkening curtains and a shower pole for the bedroom due to the bright light on the "pool". This "chalet" is on the main drag. Very noisy. Found it strange that there is no guest book to refer to. We left a week early.

Location, location, location!

If you are looking for brand new and fancy this is not it! If you want clean, comfortable right next to a beautiful beach then this is it. It works great for two people. Located on a busy street, but did I say close to the beach? Not beach views, but worth it to be able to step into AC at any time! Private small shaded patio & responsive owner too.

I loved where the rental was located. Just steps to the beach. It was just two of us and it was perfect. Maybe too small if you had more than 3 staying. Parking was tight but other than that I would recommend this place.

Week at the beach

This property is all about location and value. Very affordable place right on the beach. No view from the unit and not super luxurious, but again priced accordingly. If you are about spending time on the beach and just want a clean, comfortable and affordable place to sleep right on the beach, this is the place for you!

Beachside Beauty

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The location is so close to the beach and ocean. Even though my unit was on the street side it was quiet and peaceful. NO problems sleeping. There are units facing the ocean. The unit was very clean and easy access in and out. I would recommend this location to family and friends.

Perfect small rental on the beach

Expecting much less for the reasonable price, we were pleasantly surprised by this rental. It was very clean, quiet, the beds comfortable (the futon has been replaced by a very nice sleeper couch), the bathroom large, and the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed. The location is amazing- literally steps to the beach and this part of the beach is not crowded at all due to it's location on the island. Getting an uber was very slow (there were none on the island and they came over from Sarasota). I'd recommend renting bikes to get around the island. The unit is small, but we had plenty of space for 2 moms and 2 teen girls. Only down side was the early check out and no place to store our luggage, but we worked around that by ubering to Bradenton, renting a car and spending the day kayaking and exploring the Sarasota area before our evening flight home.

Love the short walk to the beach snd enjoyed the privacy of unit 6 but i suggests that tenants respect the parking of other tenants as the parking space is very small where i had to park my car in the guest parking.
