Inom en 5 till 10 minuters promenad är City Park, New Orleans Street Car, Bayou St. John, Pilot House (1700-talets kreolska kolonialplantagehem) och New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA). En 5 minuters promenad från studiolägenheten ligger North Carrollton Avenue Streetcar-linjen.
En spårlinje längs North Carrollton Avenue förbinder Canal Street till City Park vid Beauregard Circle, där ryttare kan njuta av en 1500 hektar stor urban Eden fylld med århundraden gamla ekar, en elegant botanisk trädgård, en charmig berättelse om historien och en mängd familj aktiviteter.

Great Location!

This was my first time in New Orleans and my stay was perfect. Walking distance to the trolley, museum and some amazing restaurants. I highly recommend Esplanade Ridge!

The Best!

We love staying with Fred and Rene! We stayed last year for our anniversary and decided to come back this year again. Will probably continue coming and staying with them every anniversary if they allow it! Haha Great spot in a great location, with great people. What more can you ask for? Highly Recommend!

AMAZING

This was our first stay in NOLA, Fred and Renee were AMAZING hosts. Gave us all the good places to visit. Very friendly people. The house was great location. Close to a lot of things, but not too far you could walk to French quarters or Uber. Hands down one of the best experiences. When we return, we will be looking them up again! 11/10 recommend!!

The real gem of NOLA

I could write a book with all of my positive feelings about this property and the hosts, but I’ll settle for an honest review. The studio itself is very comfortable, clean and fits all amenities you could want. The backyard feels so private and it really is quite pretty. The neighborhood has beautiful homes and feels extremely safe (I’m a smaller solo female traveler so this was very important for me.) Fred, Renee, and their son Alex were such a pleasure to chat and hang with! Their pup Jake is also quite the gentleman :) I will always choose to stay here for future trips to NOLA. Thank you for such an amazing stay & I’ll see you next time!

Clean, cozy, nice neighborhood, close to city.

My wife and I chose this place to stay for our honeymoon.This place was everything we expected from the description and then some! Not only was the property comfortable, cozy, well-maintained, and in a location within walking distance of almost anything you would want to do--or, at the very least, within walking distance of transportation to do so--in NOLA, but it was also in what seemed to be a nice, safe neighborhood with wonderful opportunities for dining (we tried Lola's, a Spanish restaurant, and it was fabulous!) and activities just around the block. The cabana contained all the amenities listed in the description.and the owners were super-nice people. They stayed in touch with us regularly, asking if we needed anything and offering advice for getting around and suggestions for activities, but they also gave us plenty of space and did not invade our privacy. They also had bicycles to borrow for pedaling around the neighborhood and in the city park, which is gorgeous and has some attractions of its own, and they even brought us some home-made red beans and rice (delicious!) that they had made one day. All they asked of us was that we be respectful of their property and treat it like we would our own home, which is something I would expect anyone to do. At a rate that is less expensive than most hotels, this option was a tremendous value, and way more personalized and comfortable than a hotel. I would choose this over the Mariott any day, if not for the price, for the hominess, comfort, personalization, and interaction with locals. Instead of being treated like just another number in just another room, we were treated like actual guests. I would recommend this to anyone planning on a trip to NOLA.

Cozy, quiet stay in great neighborhood

This property was a clean and cozy studio. It had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location is fantastic - multiple restaurants in walking distance, and close to City Park. I'd definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect place, perfect hosts

Can’t recommend Fred and Renee’s place highly enough! The location is wonderful in a fun neighborhood close to City Park. Great restaurants in easy walking distance. Fred and Renee are so personable and helpful, but not at all intrusive. Fred even offered to walk our dog when we were out one day! Already making plans to go back!

Nice, safe and authentic NOLA experience

We stayed here for 2 nights with our dog. The place was nice and surprisingly quiet at night, despite being in the city. The owners were very friendly and helpful with their local tips/recommendations. We had a wonderful time in NOLA, and looking forward to be back in the future.

The best housekeepers ever

There is no way we can figure out so much kindness by the owners. The place is exceptional located, clean and full of any thing you would need. Fred and Renee are far beyond of anything you could expect. It's the best care I got in my live as a traveler
