House 'Gite Aix Indoor Pool' with Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

On a 20-hectare agricultural property, our rural gîtes are former outbuildings that have been fully renovated and furnished to offer you places for rest and relaxation. You can rent them individually or as a group.



The "Aix" gîte has been classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, ensuring quality for your holidays.



Located to the east, the "Aix" gîte is adjacent to the "Oléron" gîte and offers 120 m² of space. The rental includes three upstairs bedrooms (two double rooms, one room with a bunk bed and two single beds), a living-dining room with sofa and armchairs (TV, DVD player, internet connection), a fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), a bathroom, a shower room (with washing machine and dryer), and two separate toilets. Bed linen (sheets and towels) as well as breakfast are available for an extra charge.



You will have access to private outdoor parking, a 1,500 m² garden with a children's swing set, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, and garden furniture.



The heated pool, covered and accessible all year round, is open from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. It is secure and locked. Its shallow depth (1.20 m) does not allow diving. Private parking is located outside the gîtes' enclosure. Catering service is available on site. Pets are allowed under certain conditions. Please respect quiet hours after 11:30 p.m. For your leisure, we offer activities such as ping-pong, Molky, boules, trapeze, and swing. We practice composting and waste sorting for an environmentally friendly stay.
