2 room duplex apartment renovated in 2022. Fully equipped with a modern open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and combined living/dining area with a comfortable sofa ; suitable for a maximum of 4 people. Ring train & tram connection, close to the S-Bahn station Greifswalder Str. (Prenzlauer Berg), in 20 minutes in the city centre. The neighbouring LanghansstraĂe is a real gastronomic mile, there is also a cinema, organic and weekly market and a well-known tattoo studio. Lightning fast & free Wi-Fi.
The Space:
The 33 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and basement of a residential building that was completely renovated in 2022. The bright apartment consists of a modern, open kitchen with an adjoining living/dining area, bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). There is also a sleeping sofa in the living room. A total of 4 people can sleep comfortably.
All rooms lead off the spacious hallway, i.e. none of the rooms is a so-called connecting room. Apart from the modern tiled bathrooms, the apartment is designed with beautiful real wood parquet and also has underfloor heating throughout.
The new kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, is fully equipped with the most important kitchen utensils, including coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and much more.
The modern interior bathroom has a sink and a walk-in shower; automatic ventilation is also available.
In the living room there is a large TV (43 inches (approx. 1 m)) with HDMI connection. An HDMI cable is also provided for easy playback of videos from the laptop.
Lightning-fast WiFi with 500 Mbit/s is available free of charge. Your laptop can be connected to the Internet via WLAN or LAN (there is a LAN socket in every room), so that you can surf and work with the laptop without any problems. A small desk for comfortable working is available. A Bluetooth speaker for playing your own music is also available.
The washing machines in the stairwell of the main building and can be used free of charge. Drying racks and irons are available for drying laundry in the staircase as well.
