Welcome to our cozy studio in beautiful Zoutelande, Zeeland! This compact but atmospheric space is ideal for an intimate holiday. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer compartment. And a Nespresso machine and kettle for a nice cup of coffee or tea. Right next to the kitchen is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Via the stairs, you reach the first floor, where a cozy seating area with a TV and two comfortable armchairs awaits you. In the same space is the sleeping area with a lovely double bed (160x200cm) and ample storage space in the wardrobe with hanging and shelf sections.

Enjoy the sunny terrace at the front, perfect for an outdoor breakfast, with a garden table and chairs and a parasol for extra shelter. With one parking space at the property, everything is available for a carefree holiday. Pets cannot be brought to this accommodation and although the studio doesn't offer extra space for a baby, it provides everything you need for a relaxing stay on the Zeeland coast!

Middelburg, the capital, is about 20 minutes away and is known for its charming historic center. Explore the impressive Abbey, climb the Lange Jan Tower for panoramic views, or wander through the quaint streets filled with unique shops and cozy cafés. Daily arrivals are available, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is from 4 p.m. On your departure day, you must vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the collection point.Baby cots, if provided, do not come with bed linen, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Your booking confirmation will indicate whether this applies.Overnight guests must be registered and may stay only after receiving approval, with an additional charge for bed linen and tourist tax.Pets are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
