A beautiful home in a quiet gated community only 10 minutes from Disney. Plenty of room for the whole family and a pool with room for lounging. A lovely comfortable living room and two indoor options for eating areas as well as an outdoor table. Threshold ramps and a shower chair available and two of the bedrooms are easy to navigate in a wheelchair. Full size kitchen with all the necessary gadgets, I loved the electric kettle for quick breakfast before early morning Disney races! Perfect place for any Disney lover who needs a bit more space or who wants to save money cooking instead of eating out.

Excellent Stay!

House and property were beautiful, enough room to accommodate the 6/7 of us that were there. Very comfortable and welcoming, felt like home away from home. Everyone enjoyed the pool, neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Enjoyed outdoor walks/runs in the neighborhood. Excellent stay, highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

The villa was a wonderful place to stay. Clean and modern, close to Disney. The check in process was effortless and beds were comfy. Owner was very responsive to any questions that we had before and during our stay. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Property

The house was beautiful and clean. It had more than enough space for us with a wonderful outdoor area. The neighborhood was full of fun things to do, a nature trail, pickleball, exercise room and more. I would highly recommend

Great house, great location.

I only wish we had more time at the house. The house was clean and the pool was warm. We were close to shopping, restaurants and the parks. Heather and Jonathan were very nice and welcoming.

Enjoyable stay

Pleasant stay, made reservation for next year. Impressed with kitchen supplies, air fryer, nice pots and pans. Bedrooms have extra sheets. Numerous pool towels and pool toys. Garage has pool table, air hockey, TV, and 2 sofas. House has nice location, large grassy area out back.

Birthday celebration!

Wonderful house and a beautiful resort. Perfect for a birthday celebration on St Patrick's Day weekend. Easy, short drive to Disney springs. The private pool was clean and crystal blue and most importantly warm! Jonathan and Heather were easy to contact and gave quick response when necessary. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Great vacation home

This house was perfect for our family of 5. The check in was easy and the house was very clean. It is a gated community which felt very safe. 15-20 minutes drive to any of the Disney parks plus lots of dining options nearby. With 3 young kids, the pool size and depth (half of it was 3ft) was perfect. Also helps that you have access to a bathroom right from the pool area. Kids also loved the air hockey and being two houses away from the playground.

Great home and location

First time snowbirds from Wisconsin and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The hosts responded to any questions immediately. The home was as listed, clean and well furnished. The pool was clean and had nice patio furniture. Plenty of bedding, a well stocked kitchen, nice washer/dryer with a starter set of paper products and soaps. Close to Disney, golfing, a publix, and restaurants. We hope to be back!

Great stay

The home is nice. Everything was clean. The toilet in the master bath leaked a little, the shower in the guest bath had a loud screeching sound anytime it was switched from bath to shower. My teenagers did not like that. I did notify the mgmt company, a lady said someone would come and look at it. No one came to fix it. The pool was great. The controllers for the play station did not work. Didn’t bother us we only tried to use once. The kids loved the air hockey table. It worked great. So many towels and extra blankets if needed. Lots of kitchen gadgets. Only used the coffee pot. We don’t like to cook on vacation. Overall it is a really nice home, and beds are comfortable. Would stay again.

Three Generations visit to Kissimmee.

The price was good for the property. The description was accurate. We have stayed in Emerald Island Resort before so we know the location. The property was as described but there are a few things to keep in mind. Pool Heat: we paid for pool heat but since the pool is north facing it doesn’t get much sun at all. The pool heat is only put on for a short period of time (I think 8 hours) which isn’t enough to warm the pool. I wish the heat was left on 24/7. The air hockey table needs a good cleaning so it pushes air. The furniture in the garage is comfortable, but the couch in the main living room is very, very uncomfortable. I would switch them if it was my place. The king mattress pad had pilling that you could feel through the sheet. I think it must have been washed with something that pulled it and the owner probably isn’t aware. These are not complaints but suggested upgrades. The house is located perfectly for Disney and Kissimmee. The house is large for a party of 5 and very quiet. Owners are attentive and very helpful. We had a great trip and would come again but not until March when the pool will be warmer. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Thank you for your comments, whilst we are not able to spend as much time in our home as we would like our local management company are very good at offering whatever support our guests require. The pool heat runs for 12 hours a day from 8am-8pm and a pool blanket is available for guest to use as well. If the pool heat was on 24/7 this could cause noise pollution as it is located by the master. We always encourage guest to raise any concerns at the time they occur so that things can be checked and rectified during your stay where every possible. We have requested a full service/clean of the air hockey table as well as a review of the sofa and mattress as highlighted. Emerald Island Resort Villa, four bedroom sleeps 8

Location from Airport - approx 45mins. Upon entry to resort it was quite and very well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Entry into property was easy with a pin. Villa was as in pictures and very clean with a modern interior. I always check bedding and that was clean, with plenty of towels and usual mod cons in the kitchen. All open space. Outside pool area was clean and well maintained with a pool cleaner once a week if I'm correct. Bedrooms and bathrooms neat and clean. Bedding clean and we were even asked by the owners if we wanted particular children's bedding for the kids but we had teens. Instructions to operate items such as oven/washer/ dryer, easy to follow and very well laid out. Numbers incase if emergency etc. We did enquire if we could leave our suitcases somewhere as our flight back was at 1900hrs and check out was 1000hrs. Johnathon got back quickly and said we could leave baggage at the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse said it was at our own risk as they could not lock it away anywhere, we even offered extra money but the answer was the same. So something to consider because we wasted a day at the airport and decided not to take the risk of someone walking away with our suitcases. (Although this is not a reflection on the villas owners/managers) but would be nice if the clubhouse offered a left luggage service. That said, we were very pleased with our stay at the villa. It certainly surpassed my expectations and I would certainly stay again.

Wonderful stay! Very clean and well maintained home. Plenty of space for my family of six. Private pool was a big hit with the kids and the perfect size. Home is located within Emerald Island Resort which is a gated community and lovely grounds. Location is close to several local stores and restaurants as well as major attractions in Orlando. Host was super responsive and friendly. Looking forward to our next visit!
