This modern apartment is characterized by its unique location directly on Lake Constance. Enjoy the fantastic view and experience both the sunrise and the sunset. You will be amazed!
There are two train stations close to the approximately 65m2 2.5-room apartment, which can be reached within 3 and 10 minutes on foot. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and its own washing machine and dryer. There is also a steam shower and many other extras.
The apartments are located in a former hotel. They are stylishly furnished and offer everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals.
The apartments have a 43-inch TV - perfect for relaxing evenings after a long day. The bedrooms are equipped with a 160 cm wide bed, which guarantees maximum sleeping comfort.
For productive work, there is a special notebook workstation that provides a pleasant working environment. Fast and reliable internet is available throughout the apartment with WLAN. The apartment is within walking distance of the town center and the train station. Shopping facilities, bars and restaurants can be reached quickly and easily.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is accessible via a staircase and there is an elevator. The apartment is on the 4th floor. A parking space belongs to the apartment. This is located directly opposite.
The key to the apartment is in a key safe next to the letterboxes. For security reasons, you will only receive the access code shortly before check-in.
