It is a 100sqm 1st floor house consisting of 3 bedrooms two with double beds and one with two single beds, large living room with hallway, large kitchen fully equipped for preparing breakfast or light meals.
In the bathroom there is a bath, shower, toilet, washing machine and electric water heater.
Sleeps up to 6 people.
It has central air conditioning and fans in each room.
Each room has a screen door or a screen window for mosquito protection and ventilation.
Around the house there are 4 balconies with dining table and armchairs. The western balconies overlook the beach of Agios Ioannis and the eastern balconies overlook the mountain or the lagoon.
There is a TV with satellite connection and of course free Wifi.
On the terrace at the entrance of the house there is a table with armchairs.
At the entrance of the accommodation there is parking for the car with natural shade from the trees.Then there is access to the house from the stairs.
There is also access to the garden where there is the BBQ and tables and chairs in case you wish to sit in the garden.
In the outdoor area of the accommodation there is a shower to rinse off the sea which is 100 metres away.
Smoking is only allowed outside the house, balcony or terrace.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
