4BR Lake VIEW hus med utsikt över Greer's Ferry Lake i det natursköna Arkansas Ozarks. Två nivåer, 4 sovrum, 2 BA hus, 2 114 kvm uppvärmd / kyld. Fullt kök, utsikt över sjön från båda nivåerna. Husets utformning är perfekt för två familjer att hyra tillsammans och fortfarande har integritet. Du kommer att njuta av den stora vidsträckta utsikten över sjön som erbjuder utsikt över båtar, vattenskoter, fiskare, stranden och båtramper i Devil's Fork Recreation-området. Precis utanför din bakdörr finns ett stort däck på huvudnivå med bord och stolar för att underhålla, sola eller koppla av med ditt morgonkaffe. Täckt uteplats nere har en bänk svängning och bord / 4 stolar. Detta är ett fullt möblerat hem med en queen size-säng i kudden i huvudnivån sovrum och 1 drottning och 2 full storlek sängar i sovrummet nere. Nedervåningen har också ett eget badrum och familjerum. Devil's Fork Rec-område ligger precis över bron med säsongsbetonade stränder, båtramper etc. Närliggande Lacey's Narrows Marina erbjuder båtuthyrning, båtledningar och mer.

Båtar: Observera att uppfarten är mycket brant på ena sidan och mycket svår att manövrera båtar in och ut med mycket lite förvaring. Vi föreslår att du hyr en båtlåda vid Laceys Narrows Marina (6 miles från huset) i cirka. $ 20. 00 per natt eller vid Fairfield Bay Marina (20 kilometer från huset) i ca. $ 17. 00 per natt. De har båda webbplatser för aktuell hyresinformation. Du kan också hyra båtar från båda marinorna.

The view was remarkable and the house was so cozy. A perfect little home away from home.

The entire experience with this property rental was a wonderful. We arrived and got into the house with no effort. The house was very spacious and quiet. It was the perfect place for us to have together time and alone time while seeing the surrounding cities..

great experience with easy check in and check out. state park with boat ramps 5 minutes from property. nice lake view wwas able to watch fireworks at devils fork state park from upper living room.

Fun time had by all

This house was very clean! We loved the layout. My college aged girls were downstairs with their own living space which they liked. Plenty of parking and a GREAT view of the lake! The beds were all very comfortable as well. We’ll be renting this house again!

Perfect Location

We had an excellent time at this place. Our party consisted mainly of young adults, and the location was perfect for lake activities! The view in mornings was pristine. Plenty of room for my large kids to spread out! And we really enjoyed the board games! Highly recommend!

Awesome...

Located close to Sugar Loaf Mountain, which is an Island, the view from the top of the Mountain is amazing. We had never been to Arkansas, but next to dinner table is a bread table, which has a lot of literature on places to visit. Try to visit the Dam when it's generating, which is perfect for a float trip on Red River. From there you can see the Dam up close, water is loud and looks so powerful. To get there, drive down pass the visiting center building. After that we drove back up to the building and took a trail to a viewing point of the dam. We also took a drive to Arkansas Natural Bridge. It's about a half hour drive and to see the Natural Bridge is only a short visit. But it's a nice drive. The actual home is very clean and cozy, very spacious with a living room upstairs and downstairs. We did use the fireplace at night, as well as the fireplace. We did not have any issues with satellite. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was for the lack of a dock and there is a street that crosses the back of the house. From the picture it looks like the house is a lakefront property. But using the maps found in the house we found public launching sites. We used Narrows Park and Sugar Loaf Campsite to launch. On the west side of Sugar Loaf Campsite, is a really nice cove, we spent two days there fishing and hanging out. We were protected from the wind there and was very peaceful. In the back of the cove we found a small waterfall. We stayed there 7 nights, and had a blast. We had never been, and still found something to do everyday. We didn't have a boat, but still had fun w our kayaks and Raft w a trolling motor. For us, we found a much needed adventure. God Willing, we'll be back some day.

Beautiful view, spacious and clean home

I will return to this location. The view is outstanding. Also, the home has plenty of room for a family to not be cramped. (4BR/2BA/2LR)

Greers Ferry House

From the minute I booked this property the owner was very nice and welcoming. She promptly gave me all the details I needed and made this a super easy process. The property upon arrival was very clean and accommodating. I would definitely book with this property owner again. Thanks for a pleasant stay!!
