Welcome to the charming Villa Sand, ideal for family holidays and gatherings with friends. The spacious holiday home in the Habichtswald Nature Park offers space for up to 10 people over three floors with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest WC, living room and fully equipped kitchen.

You enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a workspace for home office, TV, children's books and toys. For the little ones, a baby cot and high chair are available. The covered terrace and garden invite you to relaxing evenings.

Within walking distance you find supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, an ice cream parlour and a bus stop. Kassel, Lake Edersee and Lake Twistesee are about 30 minutes away.

Parking is available directly at the house and free of charge on the street. Pets, smoking and large events are not allowed.

With its Victorian flair and recent renovation, Villa Sand is perfect for family reunions. The minimum stay is 2 to 4 days, depending on the season. Sauna, tourist tax and final cleaning are included.

The accommodation offers self check-in, photovoltaic electricity, energy- and water-saving features as well as waste separation aids.

As guests, you receive a regional guest card, with free access to numerous leisure activities such as thermal baths, museums, swimming pools and free use of public transport throughout North Hesse.

Note: The price depends on the number of guests. From the 5th person onwards, a surcharge applies. Babies under 2 years stay free of charge.
