A cozy, modern villa on a spacious and sunny plot. The villa features an indoor steam sauna and a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-burning stove. The villaâs terrace is glass-enclosed, allowing you to enjoy it comfortably even during cooler weather. A SUP-board can be rented directly from the owner, with arrangements made between the renter and the owner.
Located 35 km west of Kuopio, Lake SaittajĂ€rvi is only 30 meters away. The villaâs frontage features a shallow, sandy beach, while the lakeside sauna area offers a deeper, muddy-bottomed shoreline.
The villa, built in 2014, is made of logs and includes a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen features a dining area for eight people. There are two bedrooms, each with two beds. Additionally, a separate room (with electric heating) connected to the carport offers two beds, and the lakeside sauna has a pull-out sofa bed that converts into a 160 x 200 cm double bed.
The villa also includes a separate WC, a steam sauna, a bathroom with a shower, and a utility room with direct access to the glass-enclosed terrace.
The lakeside sauna is equipped with a wood-burning stove. Cold water is supplied to the sauna via a faucet, and water is heated in a wood-fired cauldron.
Lake SaittajÀrvi is rich in fish, including zander, whitefish, and pike. Fishing permits can be purchased online (Rasvanki-Virmasvesi cooperative).
The villa is available only for peaceful holidays. The yard is flat and mostly covered with grass, offering sunshine throughout the day.
