The house consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the living area is approx. 116 mÂČ. The house is nestled on a spacious 520 mÂČ plot with several terraces and a garden, offering you plenty of privacy and space to relax.
The vacation property is designed for a maximum of 5 guests and offers ideal accommodation for couples, families or smaller groups. It has two comfortable double rooms, each equipped with high-quality furniture and plenty of comfort, as well as an additional single room that can also be used as a home office with high-speed WiFi. The open, light-flooded design of the living area creates an inviting atmosphere in which everyone can immediately feel at home.
The bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling access and rain showers. A glazed balcony facing the sea invites you to enjoy the perfect sundowner, while a newly designed veranda offers plenty of sun during the day in front of the terrace garden with tropical plants and a lemon tree. At the end of the street, a viewpoint offers spectacular views of the Teide.
