The bus stop and the boat landing stage with connections to the Brissago Islands, Ascona, Locarno and Italy are only approx. 100 metres from the flat.Information about the flat unit-------------------------------------------------------This charming and comfortably furnished 2.5 room flat with its large furnished terrace and wonderful view of Lake Maggiore is only approx. 150 metres from the beautiful lake promenade. The flat is centrally located in the middle of Brissago above the main street and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.The flat can be easily reached from the underground car park via a lift.The flat is divided as follows: Entrance area with wall cupboard, large living and dining area with open-plan, well-equipped kitchen. The living area also has two single beds. A bedroom with a box spring double bed with bathroom and WC as well as an additional guest WC in the entrance area.The terrace can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.An indoor swimming pool with terrace and a sauna as well as a private underground parking space number "C" are available to guests.A shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also available on request and is chargeable on site.The cosy furnishings and central location offer the best conditions for wonderfully relaxing holidays.Brissago and surroundings-------------------------------------The village centre with its shops, post office, bank, restaurants, cafés, etc. is just a few minutes' walk from the holiday flat, as are the bus stop and the boat landing stage from where you have connections to the Brissago islands, Ascona, Locarno and the Riviera del Gambarogno opposite, as well as to all other boat landing stages in Italy such as Cannobio, Stresa, etc.. The Lido of Brissago is also just a few minutes' walk away. The lido with lake access, swimming pool, water slide and restaurant is very well maintained and family-friendly. At 75 metres long, the water slide is the longest in Ticino. This lido is well worth a visit. The neighbouring border town of Cannobio, where the famous Mercato takes place on Sundays, is only a few kilometres away.
