Enjoy your next Sylt holiday in this fully renovated, approximately 90 mÂČ holiday apartment spread over two levels. Relax in the spacious living/dining area with a comfortable sofa set (which can be converted into a sleeper sofa for 2 people) and flat-screen TV, or treat yourself to a dinner in the fully equipped open kitchen at the comfortable dining table. Also on this level: a guest WC.
On your west-facing balcony, enjoy the view of the dune landscape, listen to the sound of the waves, and take in the enchanting sunsets on mild evenings.
The upper floor features your bedroom with a cozy box spring bed, the bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a small workspace.
For the use of the residents, there is a swimming pool with a counter-current system and a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Behind the dune, you can relax at the beautiful Westerland beach, and the town center with numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés is just a few meters away. Please note that there is currently a construction site on the neighboring property, which is expected to be completed by spring 2022.
