The detached holiday home was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site and courtyard.

Siofok. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (2,5 km).

air conditioning, central heating (gas). Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.

All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid June to mid September, 4 m x 5 m, depth 1,5 m).
