Located on the edge of a quiet village in Novigrad, Istria, this vacation home is the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation in nature. The single-storey house can accommodate up to 6 people and has a spacious and bright living room with direct access to a beautiful terrace. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery and is the ideal place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or relax in the fresh air in the evening.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, while the dining room offers a cozy space for family gatherings. Three bedrooms with double beds provide a quiet and comfortable place to rest, and the master bedroom has access to the terrace so you can wake up in the morning with a view of nature.
The house has a practical bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine, as well as another bathroom with toilet and lavender for the comfort of all guests. The large garden is ideal for outdoor activities or simply enjoying the tranquillity of the natural surroundings.
