Mountain Comfort Med utsikt över Stream Surrounded by Evergreens på shuttle

Beläget i den super praktiska, icke-kommersialiserade East Vail Valley, har detta stadshus direkt utsikt över Gore Creek och är helt omgiven av berg och långa vintergröna träd. Det är inte nödvändigt att köra när du anländer. Den fria stadsbussen plockar upp direkt bakom vårt radhus för att ta dig direkt till skidliftar, shopping, restauranger mm Restaurang och bar på plats och mataffär på vägen. Inredningen är smakfullt inredd i bergsmodern design. Massor av privatliv mellan sovande områden på tre nivåer. Sovrummen har super bekväma madrasser och sängkläder. och alla har underbar utsikt att vakna upp till. Ton med naturligt ljus med mörkare mörkgardiner. Kort promenad till vandrings- och cykelleder. Den fria staden shuttle plockar upp direkt bakom vårt stadsbostad var 15: e minut. på vintern och 30 min. i sommar. Nya fönster hela, naturliga hickory trägolv på huvudnivån och nyare modern matta på andra nivåer. Mycket lugn och avkopplande atmosfär i en park miljö.

Inom en kort promenad av vandringsleder, vattenfall, och bara fem miles eller kort bussresa från skidbackarna. Snöskor finns i klubben. Klubben avslutade bara en renovering på tre miljoner dollar och har en ny hälso- och fitnessklubb, uppvärmd utomhuspool med olympisk storlek och badtunna, samt en helt ny restaurang och bar som öppnar jan 2019. Vailstaden har avslutat en miljarder dollar "ansiktslyftning" och är nu en ännu mer anmärkningsvärd destination.

Detta är verkligen en härlig atmosfär i antingen sommar eller vinter. Båda sovrummen har stora fönster på två respektive tre väggar. Detta hem ligger inte i en uthyrningsbassäng och är bekvämt inredd för användning främst som vårt andra hem. Många av våra gäster återkommer varje år.

Enjoyable stay

Had a very restful stay - it took a day to get used to the sound of the traffic and creek at nite, but take a sleeping pill and it will also help with the high altitude. The club has great facilities. The surroundings were peaceful and taking walks were always very inviting. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is perfect to figure out certain combinations on where people should sleep as there are always a few fuzzy people/kids. Lyn the owner has been very accomodating.

A Solid Option for East Vail Lodging

This condo works great for families or groups of friends: 2 master bedrooms, a single bed in a loft off the top floor master, a bunk room with double bottom bunk/single top bunk and full bath in the hallway. The living room has a sleeper couch. The living room and kitchen area is cozy but is very functional. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. Parking (uncovered) is limited and is first-come-first served. The condo is in great shape and very clean. The condo is the first unit when you enter the Vail Raquet Club driveway, and you can see I-70 from the top floor windows, but noise wasn't a problem at all. Make sure your fire-making skills are strong, the condo does get drafty. Baseboard heaters help on the first two levels, the top level stays warm no problem. There is a $25 per person/per day fee to use the Raquet Club's clubhouse for swimming pool/hot tub/exercise facilities. It is a 2min drive to the clubhouse or a 7min walk. We didn't eat at Blu's restaurant but it looked like the menu has something for every taste. The shuttle is THE BEST way to get to the ski slopes. Parking gets expensive and is a cluster, battling the line of cars getting in/out of Vail Village parking or Lionshead parking. The Raquet Club would be awesome in the summer (outdoor tennis courts), but The Town of Vail is fabulous year-round!

Wonderful experience

Great condo. Sleeps many. Cozy living area. Well stocked. Parking can be a little difficult during high season. Great to have a restaurant walking distance away.

This townhouse has beautiful views of the woods, stream, and mountains. And when we were there...snow! We chose this location mostly for access to the shuttle, which was very good. The walk to the shuttle is uphill and across the road, but even then was maybe a 2 min walk. The shuttle ride is about 20 mins to Vail Transportation Center, and about 25 mins back. From the Vail Transportation Center to the gondola is down 4 flights of stairs (or an elevator) and then a long walk through the village. We definitley recommend the elevator after a hard day of skiing! The house itself was a mixture of high-tech and old-school, nicely decorated and dated, vacation rental and family home. It was very comfy and functional, but could use a good deal of minor maintenance throughout. We really appreciated the collection of fun family games and the really nice smart TV in the living room. We had two families and the layout worked well for us. Very quiet. First floor is the kitchen, living room, and an entryway with plenty of storage for your ski stuff. Up one flight of steps is one full bathroom. Up the next flight of steps is the master bedroom with king bed and bathroom, and the bunk room. One more flight up is the laundry room with full-sized washer, dryer, and utility sink. And at the top of the final flight of steps is the other master bedroom with queen-bed and bathroom. This bedroom also contains the door to the loft over the bunkroom. The loft has a single bed that looked so cozy! Lyn was very responsive to questions and helpful trying to resolve issues.

Great place

We had a great time at the condo. The condo was very clean and everything was in working condition. The bedrooms were all spacious but the living area was a little small for 6 adults. The free bus was right behind the house and was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again! Also, Lyn was very timely with any answers to our questions.

Property was ok- decent price compared to other rentals at that time.

The place could use some TLC. The shower heads are bad, doors don’t shut well, one faucet sprays all over, electricity in one bathroom doesn’t work, dishwasher spotty, dish ware cracked, poor lighting throughout, etc. Basics are there though and the owners were in contact, although not local so they couldn’t do much quickly, but were as responsive as they could be.

Amazing time in Vail!!!

The townhouse was very clean and well set up for a perfect vacation! The location is perfect, with the creek and waterfall right by the townhouse, it sounded amazing every day especially at night with windows open! Very close to Vail village and Lionshead village! Just a perfect family vacation townhouse! Owner Lyn is very nice to speak with, always answered the phone and gave us great recommendations for what to do with the family while in town!!!! Definitely coming back 😁

Perfect Ending to a Day on the Slopes

We had a great experience from the time we booked this townhouse until we left. The owners were very easy to work with and responded in a timely manner to our questions. The unit was just right for our group of 3 families. We were able to make great meals and seat everyone at the large kitchen table. We enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace. Very comfortable sleeping and good size bedrooms. It's conveniently located close to the free bus stop, which is great when carrying your gear and walking in ski boots, and when getting back after a night on the town. High marks for this rental! Hope to come back soon!
