Experience Sylt living at its finest! The luxurious "Lighthouse & Sea" half-house combines modern comfort with traditional thatched-roof architecture. With approximately 160 mÂČ of living space, it offers a stylish home in Kampen's best location, featuring an open view of the famous lighthouse.

Ground Floor: A welcoming entrance with a coat rack, plus a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, and a wine fridge, perfect for culinary delights.
Upper Floor: A stylish bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a separate walk-in closet, and breathtaking views of the meadows and lighthouse. A modern bathroom with a shower and a separate WC complete this level. On request, an additional "snoring room" with a bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) is available in the attic.
