Sunny holiday flat, completely renovated in 2023, 2 to 4 persons, 65 m2, 3.5-room flat on the ground floor of an apartment building, lift, quiet location in ChampfĂšr, 40 metres from the bus stop and the village shop. There is a farm shop 200 metres away with its own products.
Balcony with seating and table, mountain panorama. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a built-in wardrobe, flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. In the living room there is a dining table with 4 chairs/bench, fireplace and a sofa with side table and 75-inch flat screen TV. The bathroom has a shower/WC.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave & steamer oven, induction hob. Bathroom with rain shower, hairdryer, bathrobe. There is free WLAN access in the flat. Laundry room, tumble dryer and ski room in the basement. Car park in front of the house. Smoking in the flat is prohibited.

The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
