Villa Casa Denis is a holiday home with a swimming pool, only 14 km from Porec and the nearest beach, and 3.5 km from the center of Kastelir, where there are restaurants, shops and other facilities. There are also wine roads, olive oil roads and a paragliding airport nearby. The house is located on the edge of a small hamlet, surrounded by greenery, on a fully fenced yard of 1200m2 with a well-kept lawn, a 48m2 swimming pool with salt water, a hot tub and deckchairs. Next to the pool is a covered summer kitchen with a large table for 12 people and a charcoal grill, a separate house with billiards, and a separate toilet. Several parking spaces are provided in the yard.
Villa Casa Denis is a house with a capacity for 14 persons on a total of 400m2 of living space, it consists of two separate accommodation units, and is ideal for larger groups or several families. On the ground floor of the larger accommodation unit there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and access to a covered terrace with a view of the pool and garden, a separate toilet, and a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom adapted for guests with mobility dificulty. In the upper part of the house there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and double bed, and one with a covered balcony. All rooms offer a beautiful view of the olive grove and the courtyard with the swimming pool.
In the basement of the house there is a wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and shower.
The second smaller accommodation unit consists of a ground floor with a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a separate toilet, and one bedroom with its own shower/toilet. On the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, one room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower/toilet in the hallway. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet access.
