This lovely villa invites up to six guests to unwind and enjoy a tranquil holiday in Mallorca. Nestled in a picturesque countryside setting, the property features a sprawling garden with a well-maintained lawn, providing the perfect space for children to play. The 8x4-meter saltwater swimming pool, with a consistent depth of 1.50 meters, offers a refreshing retreat on sunny days. Outdoors, multiple furnished verandas set the stage for delightful alfresco dining, with meals easily prepared in the barbecue area before heading inside.
This stylish and modern villa spans two floors, offering comfort and convenience for your stay. The ground floor welcomes you with a bright, open-plan living area featuring two cozy sofas, a Smart TV, and a dining space. Fully air-conditioned, itâs the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction cooker and all the utensils needed for preparing meals during your stay.
The ground floor also includes a guest toilet and the first bedroom, fitted with two single beds, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, youâll find the remaining two bedrooms, both air-conditioned and featuring en-suite bathrooms with showers. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other offers a double bed and access to a private, furnished terraceâideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
To ensure your comfort, towels and bed linens are refreshed every three days. For families traveling with a baby, a cot and highchair are available. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your convenience.
Llucmajor, located in the southeast of Mallorca, is a delightful village rich in tradition and known for its serene atmosphere. Its close proximity to the stunning beaches of Ses Covetes and Es Trenc, with their crystal-clear waters and soft white sand, makes it the perfect destination to enjoy both the sea and the beautiful natural surroundings.
