SILVER LAKE SONATA är ditt hem-hemifrån i vackra Deer Valley ... ett vinterunderland för skidentusiasten, en kulinarisk utflykt för matkännaren och en sommarstuga för äventyraren.

BOENDE ... Detta hem erbjuder uppgraderade ytor och möbler i hela, med både lyx och bergskomfort i åtanke. Ingångsnivån innehåller tre rymliga sovrum, två fulla bad, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och ett privat däck med sex-personers badtunna. Den övre nivån har ett öppet kök - matsal - utmärkt rumslayout perfekt för familjesammanträden och underhållande med magnifik utsikt över Deer Valley och Park City. Ett öppet loft med utsikt över det stora rummet är den perfekta platsen för en god läsning, cocktails med vänner eller spelkväll med familjen.

PLATS ... Ridgepoint stadssamhälle ligger högst 8000 fot i vackra Silver Lake intill Deer Valley Resort ... känd för sina lyxiga bekvämligheter som skidvaletter, preparerade backar för perfektion och gourmetmat i tre eleganta dagstugor. Bara några av orsakerna till att Deer Valley Resort konsekvent har rankats som nr 1 (5 av de senaste 7 åren) av läsarna av SKI Magazine.

Vi är bara en kvarts mil från Silver Lake Village ... en alpin gemenskap som omger Deer Valley's mid-mountain Ski Lodge (hiss tkts, hyra och gratis lagring över natten). The Village är hem för många av Park Citys finaste restauranger inklusive Stein Eriksens, Cafe Mariposa, Royal Street Cafe, Cena och Goldener Hirsch. Efter en bra dag i sluttningarna, missa inte Apres Ski på Goldner Hirsch eller en lugnande eftermiddagsbehandling på Spa på Stein Eriksen Lodge. Silver Lake erbjuder också en mängd olika shopping- och skidrelaterade tjänster.

Park City, historiska gamla stan, ligger mindre än 3 km bort. En enkel 5-minuters bilresa eller buss till Main Street är ett måste ... kantad med pittoreska present- och klädbutiker, konstgallerier, underhållningsplatser och över 50 restauranger som säkert kommer att glädja varje smak.

SKI-OUT / SKI-WALK IN ... Ridgepointe-läget möjliggör "ski-out / ski-walk in" åtkomst till Deer Valley sluttningar. En tillgångsspår för bostäder bara några steg från ytterdörren leder till skidspåren Last Chance and Success (ner till Snow Park Lodge). Återvänd hem genom hemstolstolen till Silver Link Trail. Därifrån kräver återresan att du laddar ner och går ner Royal Street East till Sterling Drive. Därifrån lägger du tillbaka skidorna och går tillbaka till det privata tillträdesspåret. Observera att detta kan vara utmanande för mindre erfarna skidåkare.

Ski in ski out hot tub great

It takes a minute the first time to find your way to ski back (with a little walk) but take directions with you and after first time it’s easy. Everything we needed.

Ski Vacation

This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our ski vacation. We were a party of 4 dudes in our 40s and each had our own bed which was very comfortable. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking including several coffee maker machines with filters, etc. The living room areas were very spacious cozy. The ski in and ski out trails were easy to figure out and very convenient. It was also just a 10-15 minute walk to the Auberge resort where we had dinner one night. Ubers were also easy to use for getting to and from Park City Mainstreet. The hosts were very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. This property was a 10/10 and will definitely be booking again next ski season!

First time in Deer Valley, which is wonderful. Condo is located mid mountain close to all summer activities. Highly recommend condo for small to mid size family.

The condo was perfect for our family. The property manager addressed our heating concern promptly. The kitchen was well stocked but they could use some larger wine glasses! The bedrooms are on the small side and a bit dated. All in all, we had a great week.

Great ski-in ski-out mid-mountain

Beautiful 3-bedroom condo (loft could really be a 4th bedroom or study!). Record snowfall when we were there made the way back from the slopes a bit challenging to find the trail, but we did after a hiccup, no problem. The hot tub is wonderful. Management beautifully responsive. Mid-mountain requires transportation arrangements to get to shopping or restaurants in Park City. Plenty of food delivery options. Great choice. Easy indoor parking.

Great hang for family and easy ski-out and ski/walk back!

Overall an excellent property. The location is great with good covered parking. The ski-out option works well with access at end of the unit. The ski-back requires a walk of about a hundred yards which is what you would walk in a parking lot but being able to return when you want makes it worth it. Just note that the directions for the return make sense if you go straight off the Carpenter lift or do a 180 off Homestake lift. Otherwise the layout works well including heating controls on the bedroom level and on the kitchen / family room level. Everything is first rate and the kitchen is well-stocked.The only recommendation is to fix the dishwasher as it is unbalanced and the racks roll out and the front door (which has a sign to this effect) will drop completely to the floor. Despite this warning it still dropped on a few toes! All around a great property and experience.

Stayed for three nights in Ridge point condo. Although not ski in ski out it is a great location. The manager was very good at responding in a timely manner. The condo could use updates, wood floors, new frying pan for kitchen. The jacuzzi was nice but plastic top which is falling apart was full of ice and very heavy to remove. Frozen towels were outside not sure how long they have been there. My biggest complaint would be lack of toilet paper. There was a total of two rolls in the whole condo. Overall nice rental for a fair price.

Amazing house!

We loved our time at this property. We had 5 people and everything we needed. The house was stocked with all the necessary items in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and beds were comfy. The ski out was super easy and the ski / walk back in was exactly as described. We missed the turn back to the house the first day but once we figured it out it was very easy. It was also nice having an access code to the door so we didn’t have to worry about a key and the family could come and go.

Perfect location

Great place in middle of slopes of deer belly. , close to silver lake lodge. House is old but clean and efficient . Very cozy and beds were nice. We could not figure out ski in but only tried once . Thank you Jodi

Great ski trip

The property was as advertised, it was nice and clean. The location was somehow hard to find using Google Map. Recommend using Waze instead for accurate location for the first arrival. The unit was nice, well stocked with kitchen equipment, condiments and towels. Hot tub was wonderful after each day of skiing. Coming back to the unit was a bit tricky, so I recommend reading the instruction well before trying for the first time. Overall wonderful experience. Thank you for hosting our group.
