Located in Dolus, this charming single-story house is set on a 700 m² enclosed plot with vehicle access. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the local shops and about 3.5 km from the beautiful Rémigeasse Beach.
The house offers a cozy living area with a sofa bed for two, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. There are three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and wardrobes, and one with a single double bed, providing ample space for up to six guests.
The bathroom features a sink and bidet, along with a washing machine for your convenience. There’s a separate toilet, and the water is heated by an electric water heater. The house also has a garden with a dining set and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals and enjoying the fresh air.
A garage is available, though it’s not suitable for cars. The property is pet-free and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, making it an ideal spot for families or small groups looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway.
Bed linen and towels are available as an option and must be paid for on-site.
