The house was nice and big to accommodate our family gathering. Even though it’s winter we had a warm enough day to use the kayaks and fish on the dock. The fire pit was on a slight angle and didn’t have any chairs by it so we didn’t get a chance to use it (I’d change the layout of it). The hot tub was nice. The house has so many activities for kids which was a plus. Plus, it has 3 refrigerators so it held all our food and drinks without needing coolers. So many balconies in this house, such beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property

Home was well maintained and owners were amazing. Attentive to every question we had and went above and beyond to assist with accommodations. Misty was superb and we would definitely recommend this property

In town for wedding

House was great! Very clean and spacious. We had a great time during or stay. Loved the fact that it was away from everything but not too far. Will stay again if we ever are back in the Chattanooga area.

Wonderful wedding weekend

This was the perfect place for our weekend stay for our son's wedding at Lee University Chapel in Cleveland. Very spacious, well equiped kitched for feeding large group. The views were breathtaking! Highly recommend this for a family getaway, graduation, special event with a large group!

Amazing Stay

This was our second time at this wonderful home. We come to Dayton for the National Volleyball Tournament. We love the space it provides, and the view of the lake is amazing. This house is in a private area and also close to town, so it works out perfect for everyone's needs. I highly recement this home for any visit.

Very Very nice house. Plenty of room and the location was perfect. The communication with the Property Manager was excellent. She responded right away and we fixed the only issue we had. Wonderful and would def stay again!!!

River House

Great big family house with plenty entertainment for everyone. All the amenities you could want!! Bedrooms and bathrooms are very accommodating. We would highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay at your beautiful property!
